How much is freight?

Where possible we use Australia Post satchels.

Small accessories are $7

Satchel bags are $15

How long will delivery take?

Where possible, we will fulfil and send within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. If you don’t see one in your email, please check your junk.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Let us know asap! We will do our best to ensure you are completely happy with your Wounded Heroes merch 🙂

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes! but best to be quick or we may end up needing a bit more money to cover the freight. As a charity, we don’t have large margins on our merchandise and the store is run by volunteers.
